No support for steering wheels
It's kinda ridiculous for "the most luxury, exclusive and high finish racing video game on Playstation 2"(official website) to not have support for steering wheels at all. This problem is not highlighted for the consumers. It'due south non easy to find out even using google. The graphic and sound on PS2 is merely OK compared to PC and 360 version. Many features are missing in the PS2 version, and the biggest one for me is no support for steering cycle. In decision, get the PC or 360 version if you lot similar playing with steering wheel or improve quality.

I bought this as a replacement. If you similar driving, this game is for you. I especially like the detailed, numerous, licensed cars. What better backdrop than Hawaii? There is a couple of things I would accept inverse about the game. There are simply four Chevrolets: a '57 Vette, a '67 or '68 ( I don't remember which) Camaro Z28, a '69 Vette, and a SSR. I would have liked to see a C5 in it, besides every bit maybe some trucks. My only real gripe is you tin't leave and shoot some of the idiot drivers. lol

For a PS2 game released in March 2007, in a mail service Gran Turismo 4 (Feb 2005) world, this PS2 game is a major disappointment. For a 2007 PS2 game to be unable to employ ANY steering bike for game play, it condemns itself to a POOR rating. There's no excuse for that, other than "allow'south hack out this championship on to the PS2 platform." Peculiarly, when other titles of the Test Drive franchise on PS2 can utilise the steering wheels. A 2007 driving game + no steering wheel back up = FAIL Also, the Xbox and PC versions appear to get a 720p resolution AND apply of a bike whereas PS2 tin can only muster a 480i and express use with the hand held controller. So, unable to go past the substandard graphics and forced to drive with the paw held PS2 controller, I accept really spent very little time playing this game. If this game had been released in 2000, information technology might have been amazing. all an island to run, fantastic!. Being able to buy houses and luxury cars, graphs are good, butnot great. being able to choose the color of the interior of your car is pricelesss, I can brand exam drive in all the concessionaires to feel handle before buying, it is excelent, soundtrack is acceptable. PROS: functional, intuitive and fun in shorts terms. CON: What happened with ferrari, bmw and porsche? it is a hurting not drive them, yous cannot choose your character similar in xbox 360, Button LINE: if you tin purchase it for Xbox 360, just do it!
